The site aims to inform about the Foundation's work and facilitate fundraising through individual donations or for specific campaigns aimed at the welfare, protection and development of the beneficiary children.
By making a donation, you declare that:

The funds destined to the donation come from legal sources and are not related to illegal activities (Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism - SARLAFT).
Individual Donations: These are one-time contributions made on a voluntary basis.
Donations for Specific Campaigns: The funds raised in these sections will be allocated in priority to the project indicated. In the event that the goal is exceeded or due to force majeure the original project cannot be executed, the Foundation reserves the right to reallocate the funds to a similar cause within the corporate purpose of the entity.
Payment Gateway: Transactions are processed by third parties (such as Wompi, PayU, Bold, etc.). The Foundation does not store credit card information or bank codes.
According to the Colombian Tax Statute, donations made may be tax deductible. To request your donation certificate, the user must:
Provide your complete data (Name/Company Name, NIT/Cédula, Address, Telephone).
Request it through the institutional e-mail address provided on the site.
The certificate will be issued for the value actually received in the Foundation's bank account.
Given the nature of the donation (act of liberality and gratuitousness), no refunds are given once the transaction has been successfully processed, unless a duplicate technical error attributable to the Foundation's platform is demonstrated.
In compliance with Law 1581 of 2012, the personal data collected will be treated in accordance with our privacy policy. Privacy Policy. Your data will be used for:

All the content of this site (logos, photographs of minors, texts and videos) is property of the Chiquitines Foundation or has the proper authorizations. It is strictly forbidden to reproduce, copy or use the images of children and adolescents for commercial purposes or for purposes that violate their integrity and right to privacy.
The Foundation strives to keep the site free of errors or viruses; however, it cannot be held liable for damages resulting from the use of the site or failures in external payment gateways.
The Foundation reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the website.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any controversy will be resolved before the competent judges in the city of Cali, Valle del Cauca.
