Those who lead our mission:
Our purpose is led by a team in charge of the general direction, protection direction and administrative direction, they together with other collaborators are responsible for providing comprehensive care to our children and families.
Those who accompany the children and their families:
Our little ones and the families that belong to our programs are accompanied by 3 teams: the foster care team integrated by the areas of health, nutrition, stimulation, development and psychosocial, the prevention team and the adoption team. Thanks to their work, we ensure that our attention is optimal in different aspects during their stay at the Foundation and we make sure that their rights are guaranteed.
Those who accompany the children and their families:
Formers
We have a team of loving and committed trainers who take care of our little ones 24/7. They accompany the growth and development processes of the children, their self-care, feeding, stimulation, health, education and recreation.
Granny Program
The grandmothers of the "Granny" program accompany our little ones in order to generate affectionate, healthy and secure bonds that allow the children to have personalized attention during their transit through the Foundation, feeling welcomed and loved. https://fundacionchiquitines.com/proteccion/
Volunteers
We have a team of 50 volunteers who, with love and commitment, provide continuous support in the development processes of the children and accompany the comprehensive care team in their different roles.
In the areas of stimulation and development, they support the children through therapies, games, teaching and equipment used to meet their needs. They do a great job supporting administrative and operational areas such as laundry. They lead the youth volunteer program and are part of the sustainability committee, which helps in fundraising activities such as the pulguero, the charity dinner and products with a cause. For us, and especially for our children, it is very important to have the dedication, knowledge and love of the volunteers, because with teamwork, we provide better care for our little ones.
Those who take care of our home:
Our temporary home, the children who live in it and the Foundation's collaborators are cared for by the maintenance, cleaning and kitchen team. Thanks to them our house remains clean, organized and in optimal conditions for our little ones.
Those who manage the operation of our mission:
Our Foundation operates and manages its resources thanks to the human talent management, SGSST, accounting and resource mobilization teams.
